Getting started
Create your signature
Start in the preview editor, or create an account to save your signatures. Add your name, role, contact details, image, and social links. The preview updates while you edit.
Explore all templates: all twelve are free to customize, copy and download, including social icons. A free account saves one signature; an optional Lifetime license saves unlimited signatures. Switching templates keeps your personal details.
Take it to your inbox
Click Copy signature, then paste normally with Ctrl+V or ⌘V into your email app's signature editor. Do not use “paste as plain text” if you want to keep the layout.
For Thunderbird, use Download HTML and attach the file in account settings instead.

Test before you send
Send a test email to yourself and open it on desktop and mobile. Email apps may adjust fonts, spacing, and images. Use publicly accessible HTTPS image URLs; a local development image will not be accessible to recipients.
